I have a few questions regarding the Alert Preferences service:

1. What is the purpose of BusinessHelperProcess and when do we use it?

2. What is the overall process flow when this service is used or called from the Alert Preferences API?

3. What exactly are we doing in filterDeliveryMethodsByDomain inside CxAlertPrefService in Preference API?

4. Please help me identify the DB configuration (Dev / QA / Prod). I see multiple YML files but I’m not able to figure out whether it is using MySQL or Oracle.

5. What is Onbd?

6. What is the difference between transferForMigratedClients and transferForNonMigratedClients, and when does each transfer occur?

7. What is the purpose of loptmrnOutFailureTopp, and what exactly are we doing there?

I went through the Confluence documentation and the Alert Preferences module, but I still need clarity on the above points.
